You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time.
Video quality depends on your internet connection speed. We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K content. Try these steps: (1) Check your internet speed, (2) Close other apps using bandwidth, (3) Lower the video quality in playback settings, (4) Restart your router, or (5) Contact your ISP if issues persist.
The number of simultaneous streams depends on your subscription plan: Basic plan allows 1 device, Standard plan allows 2 devices, and Premium plan allows up to 4 devices at the same time. You can manage your devices in Account Settings > Manage Devices. Fibeo supports most smart TVs, phones, tablets, gaming consoles, and web browsers.
Refund eligibility depends on your region's consumer protection laws and the specific circumstances. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, please contact our billing team at billing@fibeo.biz.id with your account details. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
